Optimisation of the use of local energy communities’ resources based on experience from the eNeuron project [original title in Polish]
Publication - 05 Jun 2025
The article (written in Polish) discusses the eNeuron project, which aims to optimise the management of local energy community resources. Launched in 2020, the project involves partners from eight European countries and focuses on improving energy system integration through advanced technologies. Its main goals are to promote energy efficiency, enhance network flexibility and stability, and reduce environmental impact via better use of renewable sources and storage systems. The developed tools are being tested in laboratories and pilot installations in Poland, Italy, Norway, and Portugal, equipped with technologies for energy conversion and storage. Ultimately, the project supports the development of self-sufficient, sustainable energy communities, contributing to broader objectives of sustainable development and energy transition.

Evaluating eNeuron key exploitable results for scalability and replicability across Europe
Info pack - 14 Jan 2025
This infopack evaluates the eNeuron project’s key exploitable results (KERs) using the Smart Grid Architecture Model (SGAM) framework. By aligning KERs with SGAM’s five layers, it identifies bottlenecks, proposes improvements, and provides insights into deploying scalable and replicable solutions across different European contexts.
